This knife sharpener received great reviews from customers on Amazon. At the time of writing this review, there were a dozen or so negative reviews and almost 200 positive ones. That speaks volumes about the quality of this product. One customer said that this unit takes the guesswork out of the sharpening process; there’s no need to worry whether you’re holding the blade at the right angle, there’s no need for water or oil. He said that all you need to do is swipe it a couple of times and that’s it.

Another happy customer said that he had no luck with his previous sharpeners. Once he saw that Wusthof had a sharpener he had to get one because their products are of high quality. Sure enough, he was able to sharpen his knives with a few strokes. He also added that he wasn’t really sure how to sharpen his scissors because there wasn’t a manual included in the set.
